ACTRESS Dame Judi Dench bared all to Paddington after she mistakenly made a video call instead of a voice call from the bath.
The Oscar winner rang her 007 co-star Ben Whishaw — who played Q and also voiced the marmalade-loving bear in Paddington films.
But her failing eyesight resulted in the 88-year-old blundering with her mobile phone and flashing the astonished actor instead.
She had intended to surprise her pal, Chris Logan, who was celebrating his birthday with Ben, 43.
Talking to Zoe Ball on her Radio 2 breakfast show, Dame Judi said: “I can’t see at all, so my phone is an anathema to me.
“I don’t know what all those buttons are for
“My daughter Finty rang me and said: ‘It’s Chris Logan’s birthday and he’s having a walk with Ben Whishaw, please wish him happy birthday.’ I went upstairs and got into my bath.
“I picked up my phone and I said: ‘Chris, Happy Birthday!’ And I just saw these two people turn and look shocked. Well, I was FaceTiming them!”
Dame Judi has dropped similar clangers before as a result of her macular degeneration.
She once shouted “w****r” at impressionist pal Alistair McGowan from a car, but it was not him.
And she jokingly passed a note to a pal in a theatre audience saying “I suppose a shag is out of the question?” — but it was a stranger.
